  • This place is the worst!! I came to the McDowell location about 3 years ago for pain treatment after a near fatal accident. I spent only 2 weeks with this practice and decided that I would rather live with debilitating pain than continue any sort of "pain management/treatment" with these people. I had consistently awful experiences with their blatantly rude front office staff every time I entered the building. I was a patient of AZMI N. NASSER and while he was nice in person, he refused me pain medication when his steroid epidural and upper neck injections made my entire back completely freak out. Even after 3 days of phone calls to him, DURING FINALS WEEK I MIGHT ADD, either his front desk staff, or himself, refused any type of medication for the swelling, constant and throbbing pain, or even something to help me sleep so I could attend my finals well-rested. I ended up having to drive myself to the hospital because my pain was so unbearable after these amateur injections. End of story, if you're in pain, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AT ALL COSTS!! This place does NOT treat pain, they AMPLIFY it.
