  • I am forever grateful to Mike and Drew here at Big O, on my way home my tire sensor light came on telling me one of them was low. I only had 18 lbs of pressure so I pulled into Big O about 30 minutes before closing time. Even though they had a few people ahead of me, they told me they would plug it for me since I had to be at work the next morning at 4am and couldn't leave it overnight, they said it would take about an hour. They did just that!! 30 minutes after closing they brought my car out. Not only did they plug the tire-they didn't charge me a dime!! Mike and Drew saved the day even though it was way past quitting time!! Thank you guys so much!!! This is what great customer service is all about. You will see me again, I now have a trustworthy place to take my car when needed.
