  • July 2013 I called this company after a frustrating experience with the company who actually installed my water softener. I searched the Internet and called Servall because they advertised that they service all water softeners. Jim arrived later that afternoon. He dug into our system and discovered a "salt block" and something that wasn't bolted. He re-bolted that thinga ma-widget, removed the salt block and told me I was good to go! Great service from one phone call. If I have another issue with my water softener, I'm calling THIS company! April 2014 Now we really need a new system, so we're calling Servall (because of the great service from last year) to install a new system.
