  • I wanted to leave a review for TruWest because I feel their current rating on Yelp does not accurately describe them. I was referred to TruWest by my mom when I was looking for someone out there who would give me a lease buy out loan without completely trying to rip me off. I am so glad my mom referred me to TruWest. From the Tempe office to Scottsdale to Phoenix they are consistent with their great customer service. They gave me a great deal on my auto loan and took care of everything for me. They also have great savings and checking accounts and don't charge you stupid monthly maintenance fees like Bank of America and chase bank. If I am putting my money into a bank I don't want to have to worry about my bank taking it from me because it didn't meet their minimum balance or deposit amount per month etc etc etc. So far I have had nothing but a positive experience with TruWest and am glad I discovered them! I would recommend them if you're looking for better banking or even an auto loan. They are a great credit union and have been around for a long time here in Arizona.
