  • If i could give this company a 0 I would! I bought a Groupon for Porcelain Tile and Grout Cleaning and Sealing for 900 sq. ft. for $149.00. The man came out at 11:30a.m. on June 30th, and told me that I needed to put plastic around all the pieces that I didn't move outside. I told him that the lady at the call center told me just to put plastic around my couch. I got up at 5:30a.m.to take 2 hours to move all the furniture that I could move outside. I proceeded to put plastic around all the furniture left, and when I was done, I went to get him and he had left! I called the office and she said that they would have to re-schedule since I wasn't ready! I asked her to speak with the owner and she said that she would have him call me, but he never did! I went outside to bring all of my furniture back inside and remove the plastic from the furniture that was too heavy to move outside. I called Groupon to dispute the charge and the recording told me to email them so I did. I also disputed the charge with my Visa credit card company. I feel that you have to be CRAZY to use this company because they don't tell you that you have to put plastic around all the pieces left on the floor that you don't move outside on the Groupon or noone in their right mind would purchase it unless the house or apartment was empty! I didn't expect to work this hard, and pay them, and then have them leave without telling me they were leaving! A Very Dissatisfied Customer, Nancy
