| - This place is ridiculous. Yes I am currently livid so this review is going to be very negative. So start off, I am currently have the same problem as Travis Z., another reviewer. I took my phone in last Friday and they replaced the front and back screen no problem. I get my phone back after about an hour and leave. I go to plug my phone in and its not charging. I had plans and my phone was at 95% so I figured I could wait a bit to go back. The next day before I went to work, I called them and told them my phone wasnt charging and they said to come in and they would take a look at it and that something was probably just loose. I told them I couldn't come in that day but asked if I could come in Sunday and they said that was fine and that they would be open for a few hours. I called Sunday and was told that they weren't open. Even though someone had told me that they were and their business card says they are. As frustrated as I was, I went Monday after I got off work. They had it again for a little over an hour and came back and gave it to me and said it was working again. I took it, happy I had a working phone and left. I got in my car and started charging it again and it was working fine. It was working fine for about 3 hours, and then it shut off and wouldn't come back on. I would plug it in and the apple light would come on and then it wouldn't do anything. So angry again, I go back the next day (Wednesday) and tell them its broken again. They take it back and look at it and say somethings wrong with the motherboard where the battery plugs in and they need to get it replaced. They then keep my phone over night and I call back the next day and ask if its fixed, the kid says it is so I drive all the way down there to pick it up. The person who goes back to get it is back there for a long time and I know somethings wrong again. Von goes back there to look at it and is gone for a while also. He then comes out and says its still not working. Some other person is there (who I believed to be the owner, but I'm not quite sure) and he looks at my phone and tells them its the charging port. And contrary to whomever commented on Travis's review, he says its a very common issue after the screens are replaced. And goes on a long explanation about how when a screen breaks, glass that enters the phone hurts it, but is still holding it together and when you remove it, that's when it causes issues (trying to remove blame from the store) He says it is fixable and will be done free of charge and it will be ready at the latest, the next day. I call the next day (friday, a week after the first time I'd taken it in) and he says the "specialist" is still looking at it and "running tests". He said he would call me and let me know that night. I waited and then called back at around 6 when I hadn't heard anything and they still didn't know anything. Today, I've called twice. Once at noon and they said the same nonsense they've been saying. This time, he said he was going to call the specialist to see what was going on and he'd call me back. He didn't so I called again just a little bit later and he said the specialist still didn't know what was wrong with it. I haven't had my phone for over a week just because of a broken screen. I'm beyond irritated so my suggestion to anyone thinking about going here, don't. It may be cheap, but you get what you pay for. There's no reason to risk it. I could have saved myself a lot of trouble if I just lived with a broken screen.
