Called them to check out my old dryer which wasn't working properly to see if it could be salvaged - hoping it was just a belt issue. Explained the issue in detail to the gal I spoke with and who schedule the appointment. A young kid showed up, maybe 20, not informed of the issue, takes a look and tells me the dryer is shot, but if everything went well he could repair it for about $600 - um, no thanks! Then he proceeds to try and over charge me for the service call. I question what the extra charge is for and he says labor. The service call includes 10 min. of diagnostics, he was there for 8 min. Though he did remove the extra charge after I pointed this out, between that and the fact that he suggested I fix the ancient Maytag dryer at a cost of a new dryer, this is not the kind of company I will do business with in the future.
