Terrible customer service.
I came in on a Saturday morning to change my name on my accounts. There was one customer in front of me in line and so I waited for about 30 minutes. In this 30 minutes, several more customers arrived. The young male employee working helped two customers who arrived after me before he helped me. I asked him why he did that and he said that he thought they would be quicker. I told him that was poor customer service and he refused to apologize. What a jerk!
Then, as it turns out, he also failed to do his job and complete the tasks he told me he did. What a loser!
Luckily, I went to the Chase on Cactus and Tatum and they fixed everything and apologized for this employee's unprofessional behavior and failing performance.
Love Chase, hate this branch! Avoid! Drive the mile up to Cactus and Tatum.
