  • Went here based on Michelle's review and was not disappointed at all! In my opinion, optometrists get a really short end of the health care stick -- they only see patients once every couple years (maybe yearly if they're lucky), OHIP doesn't cover examinations, and patients are as about as loyal as Toronto Raptors fans (not loyal at all!!!). I think they're highly under-appreciated in general. Dr. Heeney and her staff are WICKED! The office is very family friendly with a comfortable seating area (watch out for the dog!), good selection of designer glasses, and generally a good feeling overall. Behind the doors, she's all business...but speaks to you in an educated, yet comfortable manner. I highly recommend this place!
