  • I'd like to start by saying I come here a lot but I'll be going to the Alma School location from now on. Reason being, I showed up at 7:56PM and they ran and shut the door on me saying they were closed. Then tried to offer me just protein. I have protein at home. I come here for a delicious shake of what I want. Granted, yes, I understand no one wants to stay later than they have to, but I've ran many businesses and you don't put yourself first over a customer, especially when it's within operating hours. A solid excuse isn't, "we already turned the blender off." It's a blender, lol. Sorry you'd have to clean it again, prolly would have taken 3 minutes total to make me a shake and clean it. No one wants to stay late, I get it, but sometimes you have to do what you have to do. There are a few guys here that are super nice and cool and offer great customer service. Not sure who was working tonight minus the person that shut the door on me but it's enough for me to say . To Alma School location I go.
