I attended the show on 5/12/2017. I have been to about 8 magic/mind reading shows in Las Vegas, and this show is one of the best that I have been to. David Goldrake is personable and unaffected. The magicians tend to have "Look at me! Look at me! Me! Me!" type of attitudes, but I didn't see that with David Goldrake. His magic tricks are on point, some tricks were tried and true, but the presentation was good. My favorite was the 3 ring trick.
His crew (2 ladies and 2 guys) were awesome performers and they their own segment called "side shows". It was my favorite segment of the show, and it like seeing Cirque performers up close and personal. They double as magic assistants.
He gave lots of credits and spotlight to his performance crews and his stage hands, One of the stage hand got to play in a comic segment, and got to take a curtain call with the rest of the performers at the end. That's a nice touch. You never get to see magicians give that level of credits to stage hands.
Some new shows in Las Vegas do not last, but I think David Goldrake's Imaginarium show will have a long shelf life!
