  • Literally the best customer service experience of my entire life. It's like, almost too overwhelming of a good experience to write about. - We were upgraded to a humongous, beautiful, whimsical suite. Seriously made me feel like Sexy Alice in Wonderland. - The bathroom is HUGE, with a large soaking tub inside the walk in shower. Plenty of room for two people IFYAKNOWWHADDUMSAYIN. Bath products all smelled like a dream. Bath salts included! - My BF had dropped off flowers earlier in the day to surprise me. They were delivered with a bottle of champagne, two water bottles, and cupcakes. Made me feel like a princess. - The bed is so comfortable I could barely even wake my boyfriend up the next morning. - If you are a Kimpton Rewards member you get a 'raid the mini bar' coupon. The prices on the bottles of liquor are surprisingly fair! We utilized that coupon. - Wine Hour was hosted in another absolutely mesmerizing part of the hotel. The staff was not light handed with their pours. Met some cool people. - The Commoner is huge and sexy. Got a cheese plate and some cocktails. Freaking delicious. Who doesn't love a good cheese plate when they're being fancy? - We ordered a grilled cheese at like 2:00 am. It cost around $30 (oops), but tasted damn delicious. - Every single staff member is friendly and quick to please. - Seriously, you don't know how awesome that suite is. Like, we probably won't even stay somewhere that nice on our honeymoon. Unreal awesome. I bet Obama stayed there once. WILL DEFINITELY RETURN and recommend to every single person I meet. Even if they don't ask.
