  • I spent my entire childhood and angsty teenage years loitering Markville Mall. CF Markville has definitely stepped its game up over the past few years. Notable upgrades include: The entire food court - they moved the whole thing - anyone remember when it was beside Best Buy?, Lukfook Jewellery, Lenscrafters, Sporting Life, Aritzia, F21, Zara, Jack and Jones, Little Burgundy, Bed Bath and Beyond, Indigo, J Crew, Coach, Michael Kors, Express, Ten Rens, David's Tea, Starbucks, Apple Store, Joey's, Aroma, etc. I'd say at least 50% of the stores have changed over the past 4 years. With all of these upgrades, Markville has closed the gap between itself and the likes of other more luxurious malls such as Yorkdale and the Eaton Centre Stores that closed down that I miss: Laura Secord (Super Kid ice cream), Doogans (pet store). Stores that Markville should add to continue its current trend (Or just stores that I'd like to see): Club Monaco, Top Shop, Nike, Adidas, All Saints, Holt Renfrew, and Harry Rosen. Markville will be the GOAT mall if they add these stores.
