I like this gym because they have a great number of lower body exercises. For example, they have a calf raise machine, and a calf press machine. They have a variety of leg press and squat machines.
The TVs are individual to the cardio machines, which is great if you want to come in and watch a show or a game.
The juice bar has a lot of choice, albeit one should remember to watch calories because its so much easier to ingest calories than burn them.
Fun, urban vibe to the place, I recommend it.
