When in Las Vegas, and If you are missing the local foods found in Hawaii, or if you want to immerse yourself in the flavors of Hawaii without venturing outside of the "ninth island" , this is the place to go. Often, the flavors of food from different regions are adjusted to fit the tastes of the people living in the area. It's as if they teleport their foods from Hawaii! I was amazed to see kulolo from Kaua'i in a case next to a case of spam musubi on my way out! It's just the spot to go to especially if you have a craving for chicken katsu! I need to try those tall yummy looking cakes that they seemed to purposely hold at eye level as they slowly passed our table. But, like plates in Hawaii, the portions are huge! You need to purposefully leave room for dessert.
