  • I want to give a big thanks to one your sales associates in Las Vegas boutique at the Wynn hotel. His name is J.P. He seriously made my birthday special. I have been running and calling around for the classic flap bag, but everyone said they don't have it. I was lucky to visit this location and to meet J.P. He was so patient, professional, and not pushy at all. He showed me everything I needed to see. After spending almost an hour at the boutique, I finally made my decision. I picked the classic flap from the fall/winter collection 2014/15! I couldn't be happier and over the top excited! I am very lucky to have found this flap bag! Best 30th birthday ever! Thank you J.P! You're the best! See you soon in Las Vegas, J.P! :) Other than J.P, none of the other sales associates at this boutique were friendly. The boutiques at the Bellagio and Neiman Marcus were even worse. They were rude, unprofessional and respectful.
