The lofts are semi industrial style units with high ceilings ( I think 11 foot). The views from this place can be spectacular or mediocre, depending on which unit you go with and the direction it faces. Prices are reasonable. And they keep the common areas clean for the most part. Walking down the hallway you smell nothing but marijuana (which isn't a big deal but you don't always want to smell it coming home or leaving for work) parking can be an issue depending on the time of the day you get home. They do have over flow/ visitor parking on the top level (no cover) so in general you don't have to worry about not having parking too much. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.
It's not the best place in the world but you do get that city life feel while living up in centennial hills
