  • I brought in a picture of the style I wanted, which was EXACTLY the style I had, it was just grown out from the first cut. The picture was given a cursory glance and my hair was butchered. It is uneven, not a single consideration was given to the direction that my hair grows, the length of my hair is all but gone. I also got my eyebrows waxed and they weren't even finished. I have no idea how to make this travesty that she gave me look even close to acceptable. I know, reading this, you are probably thinking that I am overreacting, but having a personality disorder (like I do), I already have serious self-image issues. Even a normal person who receives a bad haircut is upset when it happens. With a person like me, who already dislikes her appearance, it is 1000 times worse. Where before when I just felt awkward in public, I now am trying to figure out how in the hell I am going to be seen at work tomorrow. For all the mental agony this company has caused me, there should be some sort of restitution or something. In addition to all $30 that I just paid this company for "services" rendered.
