Service has gotten much worse.
BMW owner for 22 years, all purchased from this dealership. Went in (with an appointment) to get my winter tires installed. After the first 2 hours of waiting, I found out they hadn't even started the work. Ended up wasting over 3.5 hours. As soon as I came in, I saw service staff being openly hostile toward each other. The car wasn't properly serviced (no cleaning done). Severe lack of coordination/communication all the way to the end when, having collected my keys and paid (handsomely) for the job, they couldn't find my car!!! I feel bad for the manager who, while actively trying to help, only seem to get out of her chair when frustrated clients hovered impatiently near her office.
For shame for what should feel like a care-free experience.
