  • The management (which runs all of the stores in the Phoenix areas) are so unbelievably rude. Was literally turned away on my birthday for my free birthday cupcake because they couldn't find my rewards info. And they kept asking "is it really your birthday?!" Even after offering to show them my ID. The manager who finally called a number to get my rewards info acted like that 35 seconds of customer service was the hardest part of her day. SO rude. Then she threw my cupcake box at me. Never going back. Sprinkles never treats customers like that!!!
