  • I've been to this store nearly a dozen times in the last 8 months and have never had a poor experience. The variety of notebooks offered (which is what I really want) is great and I've fallen in love with the Apica Premium offerings. I purchased four Sailor pens on four separate visits and the woman behind the counter was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and patient as I happen to be very picky about my nibs out of the box. Over time I happened to have an issue with one of the pens I purchased and she was able to arrange it being shipped back to Japan to get fixed. As it's still over there I can't say much about the outcome but the process to-date has been smooth, simple, and painless. I would and have recommended Wonder Pens to anyone!
