rev:text	I would love to give this place zero stars if it were available. WORST experience I have had a nail place, anywhere, ever! They are so completely rude! My sister and I called at 6 pm on a Saturday evening to check the hours and request an appointment for two pedicures. The man told me they don't accept appointments and they close at 9 pm, just walk in before that. We drove over that evening to get our pedicures and arrived just before 7:30 pm. We signed in and asked how long the wait would be. He said they were really busy then and we needed to come back in 1 hour. We really didn't have any shopping to do or errands to run but chose to wander around and "kill" an hour before we could return as requested. Just before 8:30 pm (1 hour later AS REQUESTED BY THEM) we walked back into the salon and before we could say anything he rudely shouted at us from across the room "were closing soon, no more customers." We explained that we were in an hour ago and were asked to come back...he said "it doesn't matter, its too late now." Seriously! What horrific customer service. 1. Don't ask me to come back, have me wait around, while you have no intention of taking a customer that late. 2. Check the clock before you tell someone to "come back in 1 hr". 3. And MOST IMPORTANTLY don't speak to people that way!! Not to customers or anyone. How offensive. I seriously cannot believe that this place is still in business if this is the way they treat people. I wasted the drive over there and wasted an hour of my coveted Saturday night only to be pissed off.
