  • Great customer service and communication with Simple ELectric! Work completed very timely and as expected. I had an appointment for an estimate, and they called about an hour before my scheduled time to ask if they could come out sooner. When time came for the actual install of my ceiling fans I had an afternoon window of 2-4 pm. They called me in the morning to see if they could come out sooner again, but I was unable to change my schedule. They showed up promptly at 2 pm, the early part of the scheduling window. I received a call prior to the technician coming out to let me know they were on their way, and the company also emailed a photo of the technician to ensure I knew who to expect. The actual installation of my two ceiling fans went very smoothly, no problems at all, took about an hour and a half. Lowe's had set up this install so I didn't know anything about this company. I will certainly use them for my future needs, and will refer them to any friends that may need work done.
