  • I should have checked here first.... I set up a visit by Andersen and they insisted both "decision makers" be present. They said the visit would be 90 minutes. After checking here, I decided that hard sell was not what I wanted, even though my home is 100% Andersen windows. I called back and cancelled my meeting, The gentleman asked why I could not reschedule at that time and I said, "Because your reputation for hard sell is not what I want in a window contractor." He began to raise his voice and read a canned spiel to which I hung up. The sales department just screwed the deal again. Plenty of other window manufacturers out there.
