  • They wouldn't print a manual for my school because I had a digital copy and it said copyrighted. I said I had permission which is why I'm only printing one copy for myself and I was emailed the file personally, but the man said absolutely not. This is after a previous agent printed 3 manuals for my class already (different modules, not same material). I said i'd go to another Staples, he rips my USB out of the computer and hands it to me. Any idiot knows you have to safely remove hardware otherwise you can risk corrupting files on that USB. Got home and guess what! 2 of my folders are now corrupted! Save yourself the aggravation...rude service, and substandard handling of hardware at the copy and print centre? are these people even trained? do not trust your USB with these people...ever !!! Try another Staples or another outfit altogether...much better solution!
