I'm new to the whole formal exercise thing, and was slightly nervous and intimidated by things I've heard about crossfit, my only advise, just do it!
The coaches here are very instructional which I appreciate due to my limited attention span and lack of crossfit knowledge. Lol
They never make you feel less than, very encouraging, and every exercise move has a modification!
They also have a "ramp up" for new members, teaching all the most common moves and techniques!
