  • Went into purchase something from the garden center. Grabbed my bags of garden supplies and took them to the register. The guy in the garden center said... oh too bad, the cashier just went away to do something. You're going to have to go somewhere else. I put the bags back on the shelf and walked out, he looked at me and I told him I have a fractured ankle and my son and dog in the car. Can't go inside. He said oh that's too bad, BYE! What crappy customer service. No wonder why they are no longer leaders in the retail industry.
