| - It was much better when it was just a "family" business. I understand when business starts picking up, you have to hire more servers and such but there are just some things you can't teach a person like customer service. Living in Vegas, and working in the hospitality industry, you basically live off tips, and you get more tips if the product you provide is great, and the customer service is even better.
Walked-in and got seated immediately with no greeting whatsoever. Waited about 5 minutes to actually get our menus and a few minutes after that for our waters. They were steady busy but nothing crazy like 2 servers couldn't handle about 10-15 guests. It seemed like this new lady server only dropped off the menus and water without giving us a notice that she would be with us, only if it was a convenience for her. She comes, takes our orders, and I tried to ask questions and it seemed like every time I had a question she would get mad because I was taking up her time or something. Seriously? Ordered a few tacos and that's it, 20 minutes later, she drops it off and leaves without asking if we needed anything else. I had to walk up to the counter and ask the lady at the counter for some condiments. Mehh
Not a fan of their new staff but their food is still good. It's not anything like KOGI from LA, but I give them credit for bringing something new into Vegas cuisine.
