  • Overprice for the quality and service of my haircut. I paid $31.00 to be greeted with a smile and coffee, not a quality haircut. I feel ripped off. Everything went well, 15 minues after sitting down, my hair dresser says were done?! I pay $30 my guy Clynt at Signature Shears in Sauga and he spends an hour on my haircut. No joke. I will never return to Starks unless I become a millionaire. Zero attention to detail. Its all fluff.
