| - I wouldn't recommend this place for small kids or if you're looking for value and quality. We went to a birthday party for a three year old and the first room they put us in was clearly for much older kids. The play structures were so large and steep that it was basically dangerous for my three year old to play on them without my hands on her the entire time. This is difficult to do when you have more than one child. In one of the bounce houses, I saw a clump of dust with a hair elastic and a used bandaid all twisted together. The balls and infant climbing pieces were dingy and appeared dirty.
All of a sudden, the staff shouted for everyone to change rooms. We saw another party coming in as we were hurried out of the back door into another room. This room was more appropriate for small children, but it was just as dingy. While in one of the bounce structures, I saw garbage bags, boxes with packing peanuts, old balloons and other debris just stashed behind the structures along the wall. Not likely that kids would go back there, but also not completely safe because it was completely accessible to the curious child.
Again, all of a sudden the staff shouted for us to put on our shoes and move into the party room. They were urgently moving us out the back door as another party came in the front doors. We were last out because I had my two kids' shoes to put on, my own shoes and our diaper bag to get. In the party room, we were cramped and crowded and I had to stand while holding my 11 month-old the entire time. My daughter was still eating (the only food item she had the whole time) and the staff cleaned up around her making it very obvious that they wanted us to leave. The party time was from 9:30 until 11 am and we were in the car, the car cooled down, both kids in their car seats and buckled AT 11 am exactly. I know the party package is for 1 hr 45 minutes so they basically had us leave 30 minutes earlier than the allotted party time and 15 min before the party invitation end time.
We also had to throw our gift into a miniature dumpster with wheels labeled with the birthday kid's name. Then they wheel the dumpster out to his/her car and unload your gift. It's so impersonal and we really felt like unimportant present-bearing cattle being herded through.
When I got home, my daughter's socks were so black on the bottoms, I had to hand scrub them to get them clean.
I'll also add that there's quite a long check-in process on a tablet when you enter the lobby. The tablets are against the front window right next to the exterior door. Not a great idea when you have an excited toddler with you and you have to spend 7-10 minutes typing in your personal information, your kids' names, gender and birthdays, etc.
There aren't any food or drinks the whole time you're playing, so bring your kids' water cups or bring dollars for the soda machine they have in the play room. Nothing is offered and no warning was given. Not a nice surprise when you're used to parties that provide refreshments.
I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
