3.5 stars, I'm surprised at all the negative remarks about this place. I kind of love it because it reminds me of one of my favourite pubs in Dublin, The Hairy Lemon.
It's set up is crowded and congested, lots of nooks and crannies, narrow staircases where you can easily trip and hurt yourself. Exactly like a proper Irish pub!
There was live music on a Thursday night on the main level, but since all the tables were taken we headed up to the more quiet upper level. Moro mu sampled some fancy scotch and I stuck with my usual vodka cokes, but they had a decent selection of beers on tap, I was nearly tempted into a Smithwicks but reminded myself about how full beer makes me feel.
Didn't try any food so I can't comment. I hear the rooftop patio is nice in summer. I would definitely go back.
