Although not exactly how congee is made in Hong Kong (or might I dare compare to how it's made at home), but it is one of the best without having to jet off for a quick fix. The dough sticks are light, but just a touch on the thin side. Again, without having to fly off to China, I'm not going to complain too much. The other stuff are pretty darn good.
Go early and especially early during holidays and weekends otherwise be prepared for a bit of a wait.
Lastly, beware that they now add gratuity to the bill. Enjoy .
