Dr and customer service is good but it's a hassle to ever get a hold of them. My husband came in for a check up and everything was good until we tried to call a few days after to schedule a follow up. We have tried calling for over 2 weeks now and haven't got a call back nor answer. It's definitely a burden considering we are trying to go over my husbands lab results and he is only off a certain day every week. Because of this , we are forced to take our business elsewhere.
Tip : If you are busy, give client the courtesy of calling them back. This makes you lose customers when you never answer nevertheless call them back.
