The lady working here is the coldest, most unfriendly women I've every encountered in customer service. I reserved my car online and when I arrived they didn't have the car. She offered an upgrade for $50 more. I didn't travel here I was renting because my car was stem a few days earlier. I didn't have the $50 more (on top of the $50 for the car) and she offered no help, was not apologetic and I left with nothing. I went home in a taxi. I will never recommend anyone using Hertz at this airport.
