No recommendations. Had the hamachi with grapefruit and truffle oil. Also had the pork belly buns. Came here for lunch. Hamachi tasted amazing, the white truffle oil added a delicious taste along with the contrast of the bitter-sweet grapefruit; this dish is genius. However, at $16/plate where each plate comes with 4 pieces, and given that the hamachi was was paper thin, I would not recommend this dish. The pork belly buns come with two per plate at $10. Very tasty and a genius idea. However, the pork belly needs to be slow-cooked more to soften the meat more prior to broiling as it was quite chewy. All In all, I would eat here again in the future to see if things improve.
