Okay, the dealership isn't awful and I liked the manager named Lance, he was very friendly and was willing to work with me.
What I am bummed about is something that I am sure happens everywhere but you don't want to know about. I have a dashcam in my car and I forgot to turn it off when I went in. The team took my car out for an appraisal and the salesman I was working with went with him. I could hear everything they said because, unfortunately, on the way home I thought I ran over Thumper the bunny and I didn't find Thumper's body so I wanted to see if I did. That is where I found the video of them driving my car. I won't go into what was said because it was not cool, and actually plain racist but they looked at my business cards, therefore went through my stuff, and insulted me.
Again, the only other thing was I showed up the first time rather late and the same salesmen and I went to test a car but then some people showed up and he had to attend to them and I was given to another salesman who was unfortunately born without a personality and was not someone I would want to work with or walk alone in a dark alley with.
I thought the salesman was nice but a dashcam tells all. They do ride with you on the tests which really sucks.
