  • Acme is a Akron area grocery store that is your basic supermarket. There is nothing glitzy about it or is there any special programs offered, such as Giant Eagle's fuelperks. However, you can find what you need in one trip here food wise. The only things you may not find is gourmet specialty food, with the exception of high end cheeses and a decent selection of organic food. It is easy to navigate for the most part, the only problem I had in my most recent trip was finding the right kind of cheese I needed. It took me a while, as cheese is scattered around the store. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Acme is a great place to get your grocery's as long as you aren't expecting any out of the ordinary services'.
