  • Had my dog neutered here last week. He came home with a scrotal hematoma. Tried calling Altered Tails the following day (Friday) but they must have been closed because no one answered multiple calls. Ended up having to take him to a different vet for more medications. It's been 4 days and my dog is still in pretty rough shape. I gave three stars because this place provides a valuable and important service. They were professional and helpful when I brought my dog in. I understand that they do dozens of surgeries every day. Unfortunately my dogs procedure was done improperly or the suture came loose afterward.
