  • We came here to celebrate a very big birthday! Turning 10 is something to celebrate! We thought what better way to celebrate than to come do what Adrianne loves most! The hostess was terrible!! She has asked if we needed anything ONCE! We cleared the table from having pizza, we set the table for our own cake! The cashier at the refreshment center does not have change, you have to go to her with singles OR get out of the line you just waited in to go to the main cashier for change than guess what.... Back to line you go! The limbo was started at a location that an average 3 year old could not get through! The reason given, the line is too long! Seriously? Thanks for making the birthday girl cry because you couldn't do a simple game for the children! Lastly! You state we can bring in our own food but zero drinks. I had water, a water I just purchased, I stated that it was a drink that I needed for my health as my supplements are in it. The rude, snotty woman at the front door told me to stand outside while allowing my 10 year old daughter to go in alone OR throw it away. Well that cost me about $10! Thanks for your compassion. You know it doesn't cost anything to be nice! This was the first time in many years that I came to Crystal Palace and I guarantee this is the LAST time all of us from the party return! Just think how many people all of us tell this horrible experience too! Social media and word of mouth at its finest! I advise you invest in your employees so your customers return!!!
