  • Resort is wonderful- Review is on a few exceptional folks and tips to the rooms and drinks & room service Anthony - Doorman: One is the nicest, most professional doormen I have ever encountered at a resort, assisting with my car, luggage and parking. Anthony- you started my stay off stupendously! Ryan - Checking in was quick to please getting me in to a room with a beautiful view of the massive multiple level pool. Edgar- Mowry & Cotton Bartender Made a wonderful "Old orchard cocktail ($15, pricy but worth it)- Cucumber vodka, refreshing with a splash of champagne Room service: OMG toast! They bring you your OWN TOASTER to toast your bread so it's hot right when you want to eat. I have never ever had that level of service before, not even at a four seasons has a toaster been brought to me. Well played Phoenician! Greek yogurt and fruit was fresh and wonderful. Coffee in your room: It's on a pullout drawer! Fantastic- convenient, yet easy to have out of your way quickly. Remodel: It's beautiful- they have done an exceptional job, modern fixtures, large rooms, huge bath tubes and the cleaning staff leave the rooms absolutely spotless.
