| - I would like to have rated the Encore Spa higher, but overall it was just okay. While this spa charges you full price even if you're a guest, and is one of the highest priced spas on the Strip, it is not quite as nice as some, and equally as good as some that charge almost half as much.
My experience was also spoiled quite a bit by the literally NONSTOP chattering from almost all the other guests. No effort to use quieter voices at all. I go to spas, including in Vegas, quite frequently, and I've never seen this widespread rude behavior. These guests were also very rudely dropping copious towels, cucumber slices, and water bottles all over the place, not picking up after themselves, I felt sorry for the employees. As other reviewers have stated, it was hard to relax.
On the other hand, jacuzzi pools, steam room, and sauna were all good quality. The steam room was just a little weak on temperature and timing of steam refills (and maybe in need of a scrub down). Tip - whirlpool switch is on the wall, it took me awhile to realize how to turn on the jets. Staff was very polite and cleaning up after the trash pretty efficiently.
Overall, I probably won't ever return. This is a good place to go if you want to talk with your girlfriends the whole time.
