  • One star is being too generous. Undoubtedly the worst dealership experience I've ever had. They take your keys and hold you hostage, they don't listen to you, they promise you once price then come back and offer you something much higher. I nicely asked for my keys back after five hours in the dealership at least four times, I had to demand my keys back otherwise they'd have tried to keep me there another two hours. Misleading offers, an incredibly rude manager, and probably the world's worst music playing loudly the entire time. Never going back.
