  • I have used Paul 4 -5 times this year for home inspections. Both when I am representing a buyer and also for houses that I buy for myself as rentals. Paul is very good at pointing out issues and whether they are serious in nature. Paul also communicates very well during the process and shows up at the house at the time scheduled (very important). He usually has the report to me before end of the workday and sometimes just a few hours after the inspection. I wouldn't use anyone else.
