  • One of the bright spots! We took an unexpected trip to Texas. The whole trip was a nightmare! Insert the delay in Austin, Tx., which made us miss our connecting flight to San Diego in Phoenix, Az. As bad as it was, I didn't expect much. Checking in was a breeze & everybody was friendly. We flew out @ 10:00 a.m. so we took advantage of the continental breakfast. It was one of the best i've ever had. The waitress went above & beyond, more importantly she really took care of my little girls. I don't usually, but we left her a 20% tip. It was well worth it. Thank You for being one of the only positive notes on this trip!
