  • After 18 years, the tile and plaster needed to be removed and upgraded in our pool. We were apprehensive about the process because we knew it was a big project and were concerned about selecting the best company for our job. In March 2017, after multiple quotes and several hours of analysis, we selected Barefoot Pools and are so HAPPY we picked them. Chad was incredibly patient and professional throughout the quotation process, even when I made multiple scenario requests! Shawn was our assigned project manager. He was exceptional! He kept me in the loop via text and quickly addressed any of my concerns. Although the crews spoke little English, that was not a barrier because Shawn was accessible if I had any issues. There were several different crews who worked on various aspects of our demolition/remodel. We were surprised by how clean each crew left our yard when they were finished. There was no debris! The owner,Jose, is the other project manager for remodels. Although not assigned to our project, he even contacted us once and stopped by when there was an issue. Great customer service! Teamwork, responsiveness, customer service oriented, and knowledgeable--all characteristics we wanted, but are traits you really don't know about until you work first hand with someone--were definitely present with Barefoot. They met their commitments and provided a great finished remodel. Our close out punch list was thoroughly addressed and all issues were remedied. Shawn patiently trained us and quickly followed up with questions we had afterwards. They even gave us written steps to follow to ensure we know how to properly maintain our new pebble sheen. I am so thankful we picked Barefoot and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for their pool remodel needs.
