The gentleman checking in people's car for washes, Carl, was so nice and sweet. He took care of me and helped me decide on what wax would be best for my car. He wasn't trying to up-sell me or anything - he showed genuine sympathy and helped me out. However, I asked the vacuum person to go over the trunk area a little extra because I had a lot of dirt and hair from my dog's cage - when I got home and popped the trunk it looked like they hadn't even touched it. The drivers side floor area was also poorly vacuumed. For just over $80 spent I expected a way better attention to detail service. I was very happy with the hand wax and that they cleaned my tires very well but I am not happy with the inside of the car. They also did a poor job cleaning the dash board. I called the Jacksons Car Wash on Bell Rd (because I live closer to that location) to see if they could just re-vacuum the inside and they said I would have to bring it in before 5:30pm and that they have free vacuums at their location that I could use. So for $80 I am able to vacuum it myself...great customer service? I don't think so.
