Much like the other reviews for this Ulta, their customer service is simply lacking. It seems that there are never enough associates to run the registers or be in quadrants of the store to assist.
Many of the products are not in stock and while some of the lines may be due to the company itself (for example Becca x Jaclyn Hill is limited) even the Ulta line is terrible at quantity availability.
Overall... the store just lacks availability in all departments. If you are going in to browse and find new things- then maybe you'll have luck. But, if you know a product you want then I would suggest ordering offline.
