  • We were here as first-timers and were overwhelmed by the entire experience! We were running late and on track to miss our reservation, not a problem for the hostess who got us in at the next available table (on a BUSY Friday night) ! We waited for approximately 15 minutes at the bar, great service there. It was a little crowded for happy hour, and I have to say the music and general population at the bar were totally appalling... everyone seemed overly tanned, bleached, coiffed, bedazzled, and about to start fist-pumping at any given moment due to the non-stop club hits BLARING through the place. I guess that's just the normal Scottsdale scene though... :) Once we were seated, we were happy to find the music was somewhat drowned out. Our server was really great and quick to get us everything we requested. Our 'Friends with Benefits' roll was aaaaaaahhhhmazing! The Asian Pear sake was great and decently priced. The food was absolutely delicious, you cannot go wrong with Sea Bass prepared on teppanyaki. OMG... still drooling over that. Big huge shout out to our chef, Jaime. I will always request to be seated at his table, no matter the wait. The tables around us had finished their service and were clearly jealous :) but having as much fun watching as we were playing along with him. Just great! We cannot wait to go back!
