I went last week to Urbanfitt and saw Jane for an assessment. I have a lot of injuries (but am in good shape!) and am SO tired of fitness places that push you so hard without focussing on good form or balance in exercsises -- which leads to more injuries!
Anyway, Jane was *amazing*!! I couldn't believe that she gave me exercises I could do even while injured that were still challenging! I really can't say enough. Plus she really got me to pay attention to using the right muscles and doing exercises correctly, which was invaluable. (and kind of hard actually!)
In terms of the facilities - they seem really good. Very clean, and a big variety of equipment. (which it doesn't look like at first b/c the space isn't as big as some gyms)
Anyway, I'd highly recommend Urbanfitt.
