  • There is a metal box outside the building in front of the office front door that says "FAACP" on it that you can see from the mail room that beeps like an alarm clock ALL NIGHT LONG from sunset to sunrise. Me and my neighbors have made several complaints but nothing has been done. LOUD BEEPING NOISES ALL NIGHT LONG in the front of the complex BEWARE it is a nightmare. When you are outside your balcony you hear loud BEEPING, when you are watching TV....BEEPING, when you are swimming BEEPING, when you grill BEEPING, when you are sleeping ...BEEPING. There clearly is something wrong with the box and could be a fire hazard or worse but NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE to fix it There is ZERO peace and quite here. The new management ( Bridge ) does not care at all. Stay away from all properties run by Bridge they can't solve ANY problem no matter how small All 3 of my neighbors on my floor have moved out since the new management has came in.
